Concessionary bus pass hours return to normal from Monday 15th of June
Travel limits on concessionary bus passes, which were lifted when lockdown restrictions started in March, are to be reinstated on Monday (15 June) in line with the latest Government Guidance.
Normally the county's 72,000 concessionary pass holders can travel in Buckinghamshire on weekdays from 9am to 11.59pm, and all day at weekends.
These travel time limits were lifted by Buckinghamshire Council on 23 March to allow older and more vulnerable passengers to take advantage of early opening times at shops and other essential services before 9am.
Now, with easing of lockdown rules, increases in peak time passenger numbers are expected to continue, especially when shops reopen and as more people start travelling back to work.
