Iver station: Vegetation Clearance commencing Monday 9th of October - Friday 13th of October

Dear Resident Iver station: Vegetation Clearance Transport for London (TfL) will be installing lifts at Iver station to provide step-free access to the platforms in preparation for Elizabeth line services which will serve the station in December 2019. As part of this work we need to remove some small trees and low growing vegetation from the south embankment within the station boundary. This will enable access to the area where the new lift shaft will be installed. This work will be carried out between 08.00 and 18.00 each day from Monday 9 October until Friday 13 October. The Ivers Parish Council is assured the parking and access to the station approach will be maintained at all times. To undertake these works, we will use a variety of equipment including chainsaws and handsaws and a qualified team will be present during the work to ensure it is conducted in line with ecological best practice. We apologise for any disturbance that might be caused during this time. If you have any queries about these works please contact:  Phone: 0343 222 1234 (24 hours)  E-mail: tfl.gov.uk/contact  Write: TfL Customer Services, 4th Floor, 14 Pier Walk, London, SE10 0ES Thank you for your understanding while this work is being carried out.
