Colne Valley Lasndscape Partnership Scheme - Closes 2nd of July 2017!
Colne Valley Landscape Partnership Scheme Groundwork is leading a partnership of organisations in a bid to bring over £2m into the Colne Valley Regional Park and neighbouring areas! The Scheme is called ‘Colne Valley – Landscape on the Edge’.
In November 2016, the Heritage Lottery Fund awarded Development Stage funding which will support the partnership in developing the detail. Ewa Prokop (Programme Manager) will be in post until March 2018 to help partners gather all the information required. The partnership will learn whether it has been successful with the bid in June 2018.
If the bid is successful Iver will be one of the villages to benefit from one or two of the projects and a pilot study on public footpath signage is underway. Did you know the photo above is of the River Colne from Iver footpath 21? Maps and signs could help you find it.
COME ALONG TO THE DROP-IN SESSIONS BEING HELD BETWEEN APRIL AND AUGUST 2017 TO SHARE YOUR VIEWS ABOUT THE PROJECTS!
