Public Inquiry! Footpath Grange Way/Colne Orchard to be made a Definitive Right of Way will be heard Tuesday 18 July at The Jubilee Pavilion starting at 10am

IDCA’s application to make the FOOTPATH from the bottom of Grange Way to Colne Orchard a Definitive Right of Way will be heard at a PUBLIC INQUIRY on Tuesday 18 July, at The Jubilee Pavilion, Iver Recreation Ground, High Street, Iver, SL0 9PW, starting at 10am. It is open to the public, and the more supporters attending the better, especially at the start – and even if you cannot spare the whole day. It will be possible to speak at the Inquiry if you can state evidence of your use at any time before 2013. Do not be put off by the formality of a Public Inquiry - it is a much more informal process than a court of law. A decision is expected next year.
